NEW: The overlays in OTOsuite are synchronized between the main view and the Options dialog. This means that you can simply select and view what overlays you want for your user test without first having to locate them in the Options dialog. This ensures a smooth workflow throughout the testing process.

Some customers expressed a wish for being able to present A5 audiometry
reports. This allows for a more condensed format, particularly practical
for paper based reporting as part of referrals.

The users of the ASTERA/OTOflex combo will highly appreciate the release of our dedicated Bluetooth dongle called OTOair. It will build a very strong and stable wireless connection between OTOflex and OTOsuite.
OTOair is a new solution for OTOsuite compatible Bluetooth instruments, i.e. MADSEN OTOflex 100 abs also AURICAL SpeechLink 100, AURICAL VisibleSpeech and AURICAL FreeFit.
OTOair introduces the following benefits:
OTOair is supported as of OTOsuite v. 3.50. OTOsuite still supports normal Bluetooth dongles as well.
OTOsuite 4.0 is now able to support the Oldenburg Measurement Application (OMA). Oldenburg Measurement Application and will be used with the MADSEN ASTERA clinical audiometer. There are several unique points about the integration of Oldenburg speech test in OTOsuite:
·Very easy to access through the specific tab located after the suprathreshold tests
·Each measurement application has a dedicated button in the control panel of OTOsuite making the navigation and the workflow very intuitive
·After buying the basic package the customer is free to buy the other add-ons later providing a very modular solution.·The results are stored both under NOAH and OTOsuite, which is unique.
OTOsuite is fully compatible with Noah 4.

Did you know? The window of OTOsuite is not depending on the size and position of the NOAH 3 window and you can therefore place and size the OTOsuite window independently – including moving it to a secondary monitor.

In the new OTOsuite 3.50 the default table for ASSR has been
updated to reflect the following reference: Dimitrijevic et al. (2002)
and with these correction factors: -14 dB, -5 dB, -5 dB, -9 dB, for .5, 1, 2,
and 4kHz, respectively. This updates means that this unique ASSR/ABR conversion
table to HL/SPL uses the latest conversion table values for more accurate
precision.

A new feature coming out with OTOsuite 3.50 is the capability to switch to another module from the famous User Test menu. Now it is possible for the user to navigate into OTOsuite in a very convenient way by going to the desired module but directly to the required test configuration. For example, in the Audiometry module, right after conducting the threshold assessment, the user can go directly to the immitance module to perform the reflexes investigations just by pressing "F8” on their keyboard or by using the unique button "User Test” on the Astera ACP.
In the new OTOsuite version 3.50 the user is able to select Silence Mode allowing tone presentation and change of stimulus/masking levels by means of passing the mouse over the on-screen-controls. Silence Mode controls are "non-repeating".
This mode is very useful when you are located in the immediate vicinity of the patient, and do not wish the patient to hear you clicking the mouse or pressing the space bar.
A large public hospital kindly shared a before and after photo of when they exchanged their existing equipment, with the MADSEN Astera clinical audiometer.
